These terms and conditions govern the use of www.books2009.ie website (referred to as "the site"), as provided by Event Strategies Ltd (referred to as "we" or "us"), by the user (referred to as "you"). 3. Refund Policy

Once you purchase ticket(s) for the events from this site, you may cancel your booking within 48 hours from the booking date, and the full amount of ticket value will be reimbursed to you. In case of the cancellation after 48 hours from the booking, there is no refund.

4. Vouchers.

Each voucher can be used only once per individual recipient. The voucher entitles the user to book up to two places at available events. If an event is no longer available due to capacity being reached or the event being cancelled then the voucher will not be accepted by the system.

The organisers reserve the right, and the booking party accepts this right, that the organisers of Books 2009 can cancel all vouchers or refuse entry to anyone in possession of a ticket booked using a voucher at its own discretion and without giving notice or explanation to any party at any time and will not enter into correspondence with any party in connection with any said cancellation or refusal under this clause.

5. Disclaimer

With the exception for the returns policy described previously, Event Strategies Ltd provides the site and its contents on an "as is" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to these sites or their operation, contents, or the items sold on the sites. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy of information, Event Strategies Ltd disclaims any and all representations and warranties, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the full extent permitted by applicable law.
